BREIF HISTORY :
The company was formed in 1960 with the name of HAFEEZ TABAAT GHAR which was involved in the field of printing stationary. Keeping in view the concept of creativity, innovation and customer satisfaction the company was pioneer in introducing the concept of continuous form printing and security printing by importing state of the art machinery from Germeny. Through introducing such printing concept in Pakistan the company was able to make WAPDA, KESC , SSGC its major customers for many years.
In the year 1999 the company purchased a petro chemical plant from High court of Balochistan situated in Hub, Balochistan, a province of Pakistan for producing petro chemical product named Formaldehyde through methanol. The company set up a plant at the same premises of Urea formaldehyde in the year 2001 and another plant which was an extension in the current product range which produces moulding compound. The company is also producing different kinds of melamine tableware.
Parallel to this the company is also involved in manufacturing of polyester button and surgical cotton. The company also owns a hexamine producing plant which is only one in Pakistan but it is currently inoperative.

The company is a no liability company and more the 100 chartered LCs have been opened from HBL for the purpose of importing raw material.
 

PRODUCTS SUMMARY:
Formaldehyde
Catalytic oxidation and dehydrogenation of Methanol produce formaldehyde. It is mixed with water and air and then vaporizes the raw materials. The catalyst bed in the reactor consists of silver, which is regenerated and re-used. The formaldehyde product is drawn from the 1st circulation of the absorber.
Amino Plast Moulding Compound
The basic concept of the moulding compound process is to impregnate the cellulose filler with resin and to condense the resin and dry the material to provide a moulding composition. Pigmentation and granulation complete the moulding material process.
Melamine Tableware
Moluding Compound is used to make melamine tableware which is created under very intense heat. Molding the melamine tableware begins with the arrival molding compound grained powder. The powder is then injected into molds under high heat and pressure. The heat melts the melamine and the pressure removes any excess water.
